What’s the venue? When would you like me to set up? How long would you like me to perform for and what would be the perfect start and finish times?
The event.
Do you want me to work around other elements of your event? Will there be presentations? Food served? Would you like to use my mic and sound system to make announcements or present awards?
The vibe.
What kind of demographic am I performing to? What age range? Do you want people to dance? Do you want background music that’s upbeat but mellow enough to not distract? Or do you want a party atmosphere?
